Each Balloom™ stands approximately 7 feet tall, making it a bold and beautiful statement piece for any occasion.
We offer a wide variety of balloon colors, allowing you to choose one or multiple colors for your custom creation. You can also upgrade to specialty balloons like chrome, marble, LED, and more for added flair.
Typically, Ballooms™ remain in your yard for 2 nights. However, during the summer, they are installed for 1 night unless otherwise arranged. Be sure to review our refund policy regarding balloon lifespans under various weather conditions.
Yes, external elements like heat, cold, wind, and sharp objects can impact the longevity of your Balloom™. Latex balloons are sensitive and may pop or wither in extreme conditions. To maximize the life of your Balloom™, we recommend avoiding direct sun, sprinklers, and any sharp objects.
Unfortunately, no. Once the Balloom™ is installed, we cannot guarantee its lifespan due to external factors like weather, pets, or other hazards. We only replace balloons if we are responsible for popping them during setup. Please be mindful of your event timing to ensure optimal enjoyment of your Balloom™.
We are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. For other holidays, please contact us to inquire about availability.
Yes, we offer delivery outside of our standard hours for an additional fee. If you require a guaranteed delivery time, we also charge an additional fee. Let us know your event time, and we’ll arrange the best delivery slot for your schedule.
Absolutely! We love getting creative and can design custom symbols, Greek letters, or unique balloon sculptures. Upgrade options like LED balloons, animal print balloons, and more are also available. Custom orders may incur an additional fee. Contact us to discuss your design ideas!
Delivery is included in certain areas of Austin, San Antonio, and Houston. If you’re located outside of these zones, a delivery fee will apply. For oversized orders or installations at venues other than a private residence, additional fees may also apply. Check our pricing and delivery maps for more details.
Yes! You can send a Balloom™ as a gift by providing the recipient's address during checkout. If you'd like to include a special note, let us know, and we’ll add it. Please note that the recipient assumes all care responsibilities for the Balloom™ as outlined in our invoice terms.
No, you do not need to be present during installation. If you have specific placement instructions, please provide them prior to delivery. Once installed, we do not return to move the Balloom™ to a different location.
Ballooms™ are designed to be installed outdoors in the ground. They can be staked in lawns, dirt, or sand. If you require indoor installation or have a special surface (like concrete), we offer rental stands for an additional fee.
